I’m Shanila Sattar, my name literally meaning “Soft Leader”, a 13th generation mystic, 4th generation sound healer, researcher, speaker, best selling author, host of a globally ranked podcast - The Playground, dancer, artist, DJ, producer and 100 other titles as I choose.
I’m accomplished in many ways, but these days I find returning to my softness as a leader, shifting my frequency as nature, wisdom traditions, and elders call me to go deeper into my work.
I founded the first decolonized breathwork facilitator training school rooted in wisdom traditions, and The Healing Arts Academy, which many have described as the graduate school for healers!
In 15 years of my time in the healing arts I’ve trained 1000+ breathwork facilitators and sound healers who are in the world doing cool shit. I’m also one of the first to receive grants from the State of California to bring holistic healing arts such as sound and breathwork to clinical populations. I’ve implemented programs in women’s shelters, veteran’s legions, and underserved school populations. I thrive in supporting conscious healers ready to put in the real embodied work for their collective.
This is fully self-paced. You have your own discretion to go through the modules, apply, and integrate. You’ll be encouraged to stay consistent and keep momentum but the beauty is that you get to expand at the pace that’s the most alive for you.
