Say hello to a world where you don’t have to do it alone. You don’t have to shy away from embracing that there is so much out there we just can’t use our linear, logical minds for. We have to tap into our gut, our intuition, and our heart, to fully understand that there is so much out there that is beyond us, and we are meant to embody our greatest purpose.

Trust me, after nearly 12 years in tech and women’s research, I navigated a world where the scientist and the mystic in me had finally met each other. My whole life, I was attuned to energy, talking to plants, spirits, lucid dreaming, astral travel, and much more while fully embracing science, but never found safety, confidence, or support to actually embody it. It took burnout and complete un-alignment in all aspects of my life for me to come back to me.

I’m Shanila. I am an integrative wellness leader, a 4th generation sound healer, breathwork coach, women’s researcher, national speaker, and the founder of AlwaysPlay Studios and The Integrative Healing Academy™. I created my studio to be your friendly guide towards your self discovery and mystic journey. 

I support you to ignite the inner healer within you - the one that knows exactly what to do, how to heal, and use your intuition towards your highest good - in life, in relationships, and your soul aligned missions, so that you can make your impact for others. I’m particularly interested in helping BIPOC healers hone their crafts and close wellness gaps in our communities. In the past years, I’ve supported 1000s to do the same through my programs, mentorships, and trainings, and am one of the first to receive grants from the State of California to bring holistic healing such as sound and breathwork to clinical populations. I’ve implemented programs in women’s shelters, veteran’s legions, and underserved school populations. I thrive in supporting conscious healers ready to put in the real embodied work for their collective.

1) 3 months of LIVE direct weekly group mentorship calls (12) curated in a model to work with you based on your healer archetype. This is both a self-healing and a self-expansion container. Coaching tells you how to do things; mentorship guides you to align in your own path. Expect to transform what you believe about yourself and never go back. Finally be you. We’re implementing a lot of somatic healing techniques, mindset shifts, and practical real-life support.

2) Applied modules for you to work on and implement EACH WEEK to get you on the pathway to create your first group program. No online course sitting on your desktop. You as an intuitive are really ready for it.

3) Direct feedback, group support. Support, guidance, and dragon energy. You’re here to face your stuff, heal through the old, and remove old energies that has kept you in a loop.

4) Mindset + Strategy We’ll work closely with your healer archetype. Each archetype is so unique and different, and you embracing what works for YOU is a game changer. Let’s lean into your strengths and transform your mess into your message.

5) Get tons of bonus meditations, breathwork, sound healing, and webinars that are going to elevate your success, help you align with your mission, and create your impact.

6) Accountability groups. Be in community with a spiritual community of visionaries who see, understand and elevate you + private FB group.

7) The soul and strategy to your 10k months.

TOGETHER, WE’LL WORK THROUGH MY BREAKTHROUGH PLAY METHOD:

PURPOSE + LETTING GO + ACTION + YOU.

Purpose: Let’s align back to you. Who are you and what is the impact you’re meant to create? Let’s vibrational align, develop clarity, define, and tap into your creative possibilities. This foundational part always helps us tap back into our intuition and learn to trust it.

Letting go: Let’s truly unpack the limiting beliefs you’ve got going on for yourself. Attitude around your self worth? Money? Not feeling good enough? Don’t feel confident? Not sure how to take yourself to the next level? People won’t understand or “get you”? Move past energetic blockages you might not even know you’re harnessing deep in the cellular level of your body, in your gut, and your heart. Take back your power and ease in from a place of energetic alignment.

Action: We’re going to work very closely with your healer archetype. There is no one size fits all, and we’re not into the belief that one action and one strategy is right for all. Let’s work on your action plan that aligns with YOU. What’s going to help you truly embody your gifts? Let’s work out the strategy and put the pieces back together. Develop a relationship with your highest self, guides, and greater source that allows you to cater your gifts with the impact that they are meant to.

  • You aren’t committed to your growth. Right now may not be the time for you to take on another time commitment that isn’t aligned with what you’re co-creating in your life. This is an expansive, motivating, and beautifully challenging container that requires effort. We can chat to see if this will be the right fit for you at this time.

  • You do not have any training in your modality. This container is to help accelerate you in your business with a skill, certification, or training you already have.

  • You’d like 1:1 mentorship. 1:1 spots aren’t currently available and group energy is amazing for inspiration, motivation, and progress.

  • You aren’t interested in starting a business at some point. This is a mastermind and accelerator for new healers and coaches launching intuitive businesses.
