FLOW Breathwork Facilitator Training Level 2
I am SO glad you are joining and I’ve loved seeing your own unique expression of how you play with breathwork in your communities. And because this is the first time I am teaching this virtually, I wanted to have a few things in order before getting you on board. Thank you for your patience! I know ya’ll been on my butt for a few. :) Taking these trainings virtual for the first time in 2020 had to be very intentional.
FLOW Breathwork is a blend of the 3 part breath, and my unique combination of movement, dance, and energy healing. It’s a primal synergy of masculine and feminine elements of the breath that I’ve developed and taught privately over the years that lets you experience the ultimate forms of somatic healing. It opens up all channels in the energetic body, removes stagnant energies, and helps you come back home to yourself.

Here’s how to prepare
Dates:
July 10-11, 12pm - 6pm CT
4 Optional FLOW Breathwork Community Calls 6pm - 7:30 pm CT where we do a deep dive on a healing topic (Intuitive Energy Healing, Accessing your Higher Self - QHHT, Crafting your Healing Offers, Open Forum) - Exact Order TBD. Calls will be recorded and available in our course portal.

Your space:
Create an environment that supports this FLOW journey. Adorn your space and create an intention within the space where you’ll be training. What helps you feel free and amazing? What scents do you enjoy? What colors light you up? What’s the mood lighting here? Do you want to be outside or in the garden? Oh, but please make sure you have wifi and good connection there too! Would you like fresh flowers? Tea? Would you like to be surrounded by pets? If possible, arrange childcare and/or pet care if that feels ideal. Request other housemates to give you your space this weekend.
Have plenty of space to move.
If you are able, it would be great to have a full length mirror you can look at for a portion of our practice, or be in a space where you can see your full body on the zoom call at certain parts of our call.
As you know, breathwork is a practice in vulnerability and being seen. We’ll be on camera and sharing 1:1 time with our community. Your undivided attention to your partners will be appreciated.
Your energy:
Spend the week (leading up to our training) detoxing in whichever ways seem fit for you. Abstaining from drugs and alcohol is highly recommend. Extra meditation, hydration, and consuming more plant based meals are great.
Journal your intentions of being a part of this training weekend.
It would be great to not have too many classes and trainings to attend this week as well.
What to bring:
Journal, notebook, and pen.
A picture of you when you were little, a picture of you 10 years ago, and a current picture. These can be saved on your phone, computer, or physical copies.
Knee pads, or extra yoga mats or cushions that can support your knees.
Homework:
Revisit the “Journal the Chakras” exercise within your manual from our Level 1 training and explore those questions again.
Collect 2-3 songs you love to sing to
What to wear:
Come in what helps you be embodied, bold, and confident. What colors are calling to you? GOLD crown? Yes we love to see it. RED lips? Yup! GREEN paint? Do it.
Adorn yourself in jewels, crowns, booty shorts, shawls, tees, sweats, or whatever helps you be in the energy of YOU. Be intentional about selecting this extension of your energetic body for our training weekend.
Sheee, you’re welcome to have outfit changes as well.
Should we put together an inspo board?
Safety:
There will be butts, bellies, boobs, faces, and everything in between on screen. We will co-create an environment where everyone feels safe and supported in this community. You already know what this means.
This class will be recorded and available for you, and you’ll be loudly notified by Zoom when I’m recording. None of the recordings will be shared publicly or with anyone who isn’t registered for training.
Hours Requirements for FLOW Breathwork Facilitator Certification (Level 2):
25 hours of practice receiving
25 hours of facilitating
What counts as attended hours: Full breathwork sessions that you experienced in a contained space (in person-as safety dictates, classes offered by your cohort or other breathwork professionals via zoom and online platforms, one-on-ones or group are great).
What counts as facilitated hours: Full breathwork sessions that you facilitated in a contained space (no IG Lives, no classes where in-and-outs are allowed, no pre-recorded videos or audio played for others, must be a session where you facilitate from begin to end - even if it's a short session vs only talking about what breathwork is, one-on-ones or group are great).
terms of registration and participation
By registering for this training, you acknowledge that you are in grounded emotional, physical, mental, and spiritual health that is acceptable for you to participate in a somatic healing weekend. You acknowledge that are no medical conditions that prevent your participation. This registration is non-transferrable, meaning that the registration applies for July 10-11, 2021 only. This registration is non-refundable. You understand your risks of participating in a course where you will be practicing breathwork that may bring up emotions, trauma, discomfort, growth, expansion, and elation. You agree to hold AlwaysPlay Studios x The Integrative Healing Academy and affiliate entities harmless for my participation.
You’ll receive an email with a required form to fill out within 3-5 days of registration. You’ll be added onto the course portal on Monday, June 28th.
